The Larson Electronics ATEX-HLSW-FDS-SS-16A-2X0.75 Flameproof Disconnect Switch is designed for use in ATEX/IECEx rated combustible facilities. This 16-amp unit operates on 110-240V AC, 50/60Hz (400V maximum). Constructed of 316L stainless steel, the disconnect switch is housed in an IP66-rated enclosure and can be used in Zone 1, 2/Zone 21, 22 rated flammable work sites.
The ATEX-HLSW-FDS-SS-16A-2X0.75 provides operators with a reliable method for managing electrical circuits and power in hazardous locations. This ATEX/IECEx unit is rated for 16 amps with an operating voltage range of 110-240V AC, 50/60 Hz (400V maximum). The flameproof device can withstand up to 6kV and provides fused short-circuit protection @ 500V/15A. This disconnect offers up to 10kA of short-time withstand current and up to 17kA of short-time marking capacity.
The flameproof disconnect switch is constructed of 316L stainless steel with 1.5mm thickness. Compared to cast metal variants, this IP66 rated unit is lightweight and very resistant to the effects of corrosion.
Hubs: This flameproof disconnect contains two, M25 hubs for completing electrical connections. Operators may also access two, 2.5mm2 terminals.
Mounting: The ATEX-HLSW-FDS-SS-16A-2X0.75 is compatible with surface mounting applications.
