Larson Electronics Releases Flameproof Isolator Disconnect Switch, ATEX Rated, 480V, 25A MCB (3/30/2024)

Kemp TX: Larson Electronics, a Texas-based company with over 40 years of experience spearheading the industrial lighting and equipment sectors, announced the release of a flameproof isolator disconnect switch designed for use in ATEX rated environments. This disconnect switch is compatible with 480V AC (max) and is IP65 rated. This unit features a 25-amp main circuit breaker.

The ATEX-EPNFDS-25A-4P isolator switch provides protection for electrical connections in flammable and combustible facilities. This 4-pole device contains a 25-amp rated main circuit breaker and is compatible with 480V. This unit features a rotary knob to facilitate disconnection when in use.

Larson Electronics’ flameproof disconnect switch comes equipped with a T4 temperature rating and is IP65 rated waterproof. This unit features two 3/4" NPT hubs for completing electrical connections, which are located on the bottom of the unit. This unit can be mounted to flat surfaces and is suitable for use in chemical factories, storage areas, and more.
