Designed similarly to common two foot long fluorescent work lights, Larson Electronicss’ EPL-FL1524-LED-100 LED work light provides superior performance in the form of higher light output, less heat, greater durability and improved light color quality. Approved for Class 1 Division 1 and 2 locations, this LED work light is suitable for locations where combustible dusts and flammable vapors are present and offers improved illumination with less heat production and increased durability.
Incorporating a 15 watt LED tube lamp within a tough and industry proven housing previously used to house a fluorescent tube; Larson Electronics has produced the new EPL-FL1524-LED-100 Explosion Proof LED Aluminum Drop Light. Producing more light than a comparable 100 watt incandescent drop light, this LED work light also produces light of a higher quality while producing much less heat. This improved light quality and cool operation practically eliminates the common problem of burns associated with using hand held work lights while providing more illumination for a more easily managed workspace.
