Our explosion proof heaters without mounts are budget-friendly and energy efficient fan-forced heaters that offer operators the ability to create a custom mount configuration to best suit their needs. They are Class I, Division I & 2, Group C & B as well as Class II, Divisions 1 & 2, Group F & G rated, making them an ideal option for hazardous industrial applications where the possibility of explosions or fires exist.

These explosion proof units are contracted of 14-gauge steel cabinets with a powder coat for durability. They also include copper conductor wires enclosed in rigid metal conduits. The fans moving parts are protected by a narrow gap guard and adjustable louvers for operator-controlled air flow. The fans feature high performance electric motors that allow for effective heat transfer and uniform heat distribution, and comply with OSHA requirements. They are available in 3-25 kW models, 208, 240, 480 and 600 voltages, and single phase or three phase units.

Because these heaters do not come with mounts included, they allowing users to provide their own custom mounting solution that works perfectly for their specific application and space. These heaters are great options for replacing existing heaters where a mount may already be installed, and can effectively be integrated into systems where a custom-built mount is required for seamless assimilation.
